Houston emerging artist, Genevieve Marcel, has been honing her skills as a penman & engraver for brands such as Chanel, Neiman Marcus, Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton (LVMH) & Anheuser-Busch since 2011. Originally working on event-based projects for corporations, here you will find her greatest pleasure which is found in hand engraving lettering in glass and metal in concert with dye-based and acrylic ink on paper, wood, stones, glass exhibiting her own personal heartfelt expression. Genevieve’s artistic evolution with engraving became married with her passion for understanding how we are interconnected through basic emotions such as love and how that reflects our true selves. As an emerging artist, mirrors became the perfect canvas to delve into the reflective nature of the love that we express to others based on how we view ourselves.
